Vellarikka Manga Curry is common side dish with Kerala rice.
Ingredients
Vellarikka (Cucumber) : 1 cup
Raw Mango pieces : 2 tbsp
Coconut grated : 1/2 cup
Turmeric Powder : 1/4 tsp
Green Chilly : 1
Salt : as required
Curry Leaves : 1 spring
Oil : 2 tsp
Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp

Cut Vellarikka and Mango into pieces and cook them with little salt, green chilly and turmeric powder.
Grind the coconut into a paste and add this to the cooked vegetables.
Do not cook for a long time after adding coconut.
Heat oil in a kadai and splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Add this to the curry.
