Grated Beetroot Thoran is a healthy and easy to make recipe
Ingredients
Beetroot Grated : 1 cup
Garlic : 3 cloves pasted
Grated Coconut : 2 tbsp
Mustard Seeds : 1 tsp
Urad Dal : 1/2 tsp
Curry Leaves : 1 spring
Oil : 1 tsp
Salt : as to taste

Heat Oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds, urad dal and curry leaves.
Add the grated beetroot to this and mix well with salt.
Sprinkle water on this and cook for some time.
When it is done, add the coconut to this and mix.
Serve with Rice.
