Rava Unniappam
Rava Unniappam - Very good, tasty and easy to prepare evening snack. Would be loved by all at home.
Ingredients
Rava - 1 cup
Maida - 1/4 cup
Banana mashed and made soft - 1 cup
Water - a little
Soda Powder - 1/2 tsp
Jaggery - 100g
Oil - for frying.
Method
Dissolve the jaggery in boiled water and filter it to make the Pani(Syrup).
Add all other ingredients except oil to make a batter.
Take a spoonful of the thick batter and fry it in hot oil until brown.
Delicious Unniappams are ready to be served.
