Tomato Onion Raita is used widely along with Biriyani and also Indian breads like Chappathi.
Ingredients
- Tomato - 2
- Onion - 2
- Chillies - 2
- Thick Curd - 1 cup
- Salt - as required
Method
Cut tomatoes and onions into small slices.
Cut green chillies into small pieces.
Mix the curd into the vegetables along with salt and mix well.
Allow it stand covered for 5 minutes.
