Cucumber Raita - Healthy accompaniment with Pulavs.
Ingredients
- Thick Curd made of skimmed milk - 1 cup
- Cucumber chopped fine - 1 cup
- Onion chopped fine - 3
- Green Chillies - 2
- Salt - as required
- Red Chilly Powder - 1 pinch
- Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Method
Mix the first set of ingredients well.
Place the raita in the bowl, and sprinkle the chilly powder on the top along with cumin powder.
Serve with Pulav.
