Kutti Sranku is about a mariner who operates a cargo vessel between the sea port of Kodungaloor near Kochi and Kollam, once roaring port towns in Kerala.

Kutty Sranku is married to three different woman in the three islands he visits, however each one of them unaware about the presence of others. They meet each other for the first time after the death of the protagonist.

Kamalinee Mukherjee does the role of Pemmena from Kochi, Padmapriya acts as Revamma from Malabar, and Meenakumari as Kali from Travancore.
