Keralotsavam 2009 movie revolves around the Keralaolsavam. The movie tells the story of Padmanabhan Embranthiri who is running an institition 'Kalanikethan'.

Padmanabhan Embranthiri is invited to perform Kerala art forms on the stage of Keralotsavam 2009. His daughter Ganga (Vishnu Priya) is doing research in Mohiniyaattam and is entrusted in doing all the arrangements for the programme.

Sandeep Subramanyam (Vinu Mohan) arrives for Keralolsavam to perform Kalaripayattu. There he meets Ganga and falls in love with her.
