Director Siddique who returns to Mollywood after a gap is teaming with Dileep for the first time for the movie 'Bodyguard'. Bodyguard is scripted by the director himself. Nayantara acts opposite Dileep in this movie.

The story of the film Bodyguard revolves around a young man named Jayakrishnan, who has a peculiar character. He gets attracted towards heroism and will love to be close to the person he adores like a Bodyguard.

The story makes a turn when he develops fancy for Ashokan, a leading business man and wants to become his bodyguard. But Ashokan appoints him as his daughter Ammu's (Nayantara) bodyguard.What follows next forms the rest of the story.
