Mummy and Me is a story about the relationship between a mother and a teenage daughter. Mukesh dons the lead role in the film, while Kunchacko Boban, Urvashi, and Archana Kavi does the other roles. Suresh Gopi plays a cameo role in the movie.

Others in the cast are Janardhanan, Lalu Alex, Shari, Sudheesh and Anoop Menon. Archana Kavi plays the role of the daughter 'Jewel' who has a very modern outlook while Urvasi is her mother Clara, who can not always accept all her ideas. Mukesh plays the role of the dad, Thomachan, who becomes tensed when a problem arises between the mother and the daughter.

Rahul (Kunchacko Boban) is the son of a bank employee Joseph (Lalu Alex) and College Lecturer Mary (shari). Both these families are very close. Rahul is an BA student and has love for Jewel, but he is unable to tell her his love.

This movie will be a family entertainer. The director of the film Mummmy and Me is Jithu Joseph who debuted in the film Detective with Suresh Gopi playing twin roles.

Mummy and Me is produced by Joy Thomas Shakthikulangara under the banner Jithin Arts. Jithin Arts has earlier produced super hit film Hello.

The film started its shooting in Peerumedu area and is expected to reach theatres in April.
