Actress Bhama is all set to play leading role in an English movie titled 'Ramanujan'. The film is based on the life of the famous Mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan. National Award winner Gnana Rajasekaran is directing this movie. Bhama play the role of Janakiammal, Ramanujan's wife, in this flick.

Ramanujan is simultaneously made in English and Tamil. Bhama is now popular in all the four south Indian language movies. She has done a number of roles in Malayalam, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada movies.

Bhama will appear in Iyengar style costumes in this film. Abhinay Vaddi, will play the role of Ramanujan. He is the grandson of popular Tamil actor Gemini Ganesan.Suhasini will essay the role of Ramanujan's mother, Komalatammal.

'Ramanujan' also has Abbas, British stage and screen actors Kevin McGowan, Michael Lieber and Richard Walsh in the other important roles. The film has a huge cast list. Ramesh Vinayakam will score music. Sunny Joseph is the man behind the camera. B. Lenin does editing. Camphor Cinema produces 'Ramanujan'.
