Government Medical College, Thrissur (also known as Thrissur Medical College) is a government medical college located in Mulagunnathukavu, Thrissur, Kerala, India. Established in 1982, it is a relatively young medical college in the state and is affiliated with the Kerala University of Health Sciences. The college is recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI) and offers undergraduate and postgraduate courses in medicine and surgery, nursing, and allied health sciences.

The college has a 750-bed hospital with modern facilities and provides quality medical education to students. It is known for its experienced faculty, innovative research, and excellent infrastructure. Government Medical College Thrissur, established in 1982. Hundred students are being admitted for the MBBS course in this medical college each year. The college is affiliated to the University of Calicut.
