Ayushya Ayurvedic centre, Kovalam

Ayushya Ayurvedic Centre is a traditional Ayurvedic treatment center located in Kovalam, a beach town in the Thiruvananthapuram district of Kerala, India. The center was founded by Dr. Praveen K. R., a well-known Ayurvedic practitioner and academician, with the aim of promoting the holistic principles of Ayurveda and providing authentic Ayurvedic treatments to people.

The center offers a wide range of Ayurvedic treatments and therapies, including Panchakarma, Abhyanga (Ayurvedic massage), Shirodhara, Nasyam, and various other specialized treatments for different health conditions such as arthritis, diabetes, obesity, infertility, and neurological disorders. The treatments are administered by experienced and highly qualified Ayurvedic doctors and therapists who follow traditional Ayurvedic principles and techniques.

Ayushya Ayurvedic Centre also has a well-equipped Ayurvedic pharmacy that produces a range of Ayurvedic medicines, including herbal powders, tablets, and oils, as well as specialized formulations for specific health conditions.

The center also offers a range of wellness and rejuvenation packages, including stress management, weight management, detoxification, and anti-aging programs. These packages include a combination of Ayurvedic treatments, diet and lifestyle recommendations, and yoga and meditation sessions to promote overall well-being and balance.

The Ayushya Ayurvedic Centre at Trivandrum is strategically located in the heart of the city, opposite the secretariat. It has an expansive treatment facility. All ayurvedic products are available in house. Our consultants’ services are available from 2.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
